Private health insurance services

For patients with private health insurance, we will need your personal details to process your sessions with your insurer.

Please note that most insurance policies include an excess fee, which will need to be paid at your first session (if applicable).

We will send you a form before your first appointment, which must be completed prior to attending.

If your insurance operates as a cash plan (for example, Medicash), we will send you an invoice at the end of each session, which you can submit to your insurer according to your policy conditions and benefits.
